At Unmatched Kicks, every order is handled with precision, care, and authenticity. All products listed on our platform are 100% original and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
Instant Shipping Products:
Products marked as “Instant Ship” are dispatched immediately from our warehouse. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your order in real time.
Your order will be delivered within 5–7 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Timelines:
Most products have their delivery timeline clearly mentioned under the respective product page. Please review this information before placing your order, as it varies depending on the item and sourcing location.
Express Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that Express Shipping only applies once your order has arrived at our warehouse in India and has been processed for dispatch.
For products marked with a sourcing timeline (e.g. "Ships in 14 Days"), the stated sourcing/delivery timeline remains unchanged. Express Shipping does not reduce or bypass the sourcing period required to procure the product.
Once the product reaches our warehouse in India, Express Shipping will be used for the final domestic delivery, ensuring the fastest possible transit time to your address.
Example: If a product is listed as "Ships in 14 Days," it will first be sourced within the stated timeline. After it arrives at our warehouse in India, it will be dispatched via Express Shipping for quicker delivery.
Shipping Charges:
Unmatched Kicks does not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product weight.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We currently do not accept COD orders. All purchases must be made through prepaid payment methods available at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking link via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can use this link to track your package until delivery.
Delays & Exceptions:
While we partner only with trusted courier services, occasional delays due to logistics, weather, or operational issues may occur. We ensure timely communication in such cases.
