Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. †
