The Air Jordan 1 Mid is constantly referencing signatures beyond MJ’s first. Alongside homages to iconic AJ1s, the silhouette is frequently paying its respects to several fan favorite models — the Air Jordan 11, of course, included.

With its next offering, the Air Jordan 1 Mid is taking us all the way back to the mid-90s, celebrating one of the most famous colorways of the Tinker Hatfield-designed icon: the “Space Jam” 11. In the way of color blocking, this pair is near exact in its impression. Black patent meets smooth leather throughout the upper — both clad in a deep black much like its inspiration — while white midsoles and icy bottoms sit just underfoot. Branding, too, is reminiscent of the original, with a dark blue Jumpman applied to the mid-top’s tongue.
